responsabilidades chave
Provision of information on parameters / conditions of products and ongoing marketing campaigns, Organization of branches and services;Sales-oriented presentation of the institution's product range;
Support for marketing campaigns;
Sending termination requests by e-mail to consultants, branches and departments of the private and business client segment;
Final processing of surveys, by sending forms, requests or declarations of results, PIN / TAN requests for online banking services;
Activation of card blocking (cases of theft or loss for example);
Manage mediation processes, referring them to the branches, responsible lines, to the Security Center, Quality Management, to units of The Wealth Management segment, other units of the group or to the bank's branches;
Navigation aid in the banking portal;
As a Contact Center Agent you will also be responsible for receiving verbal feedback and if necessary register concerns and forward emails to the company's Quality Management.
competências
Fluency in German (required);Intermediate / advanced English;
12th full year (minimum required);
Ability and ease with technology and the internet;
Previous knowledge in similar roles in banking (non-mandatory);
Excellent team spirit and communication skills.
principais benefícios
Base salary of € 950 gross/month;Language bonus of 350€/month;
Performance bonus up to €200;
€7.63 net per working day on food card;

Full-time: 8h / day, 40h weekly (rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 21:00)
