responsabilidades chave
What is expected from you?Answer customer questions and execute orders in the first contact around the entire Service Retail;
Assist with phone banking ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup;
Process card blocking/unblocking/exchange requests;
Record phishing cases and payment transaction orders;
Provide product information and sales support.
competências
To be successful in this role, you need to have:Proficient in the German language with a focus on proper grammar and formal expressions (slang usage discouraged). An understandable accent is acceptable;
Strong active listening skills;
Proficient in conducting effective needs assessments;
Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service;
Willingness to proactively resolve even complex cases during the initial customer contact;
Ability to remain composed and handle stress effectively;
English proficiency at the B1 level is sufficient, primarily for internal communication purposes.
principais benefícios
We offer:- Initial and ongoing training;
- Basic salary of 1100€ gross/month;
- Language bonus of 450€/month;
- meal allowance of 7.63€ net per working day paid in a meal card;
- Health insurance;
- Full-time: 8h/day, 40h/week (Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 17:00)
