We are recruiting a Service Operations Support for a  multinational technological company.

O que terás de fazer

- Support Service Operations and the execution of ongoing and new projects with high level of autonomy in CE and IM;

- Cross involvement in Service activities and projects;

- Monitor, analyse and report for quality and costs;

- Detect and propose continuous improvement and innovation opportunities;

- Define new operational processes based in local/HQ guidelines and requirements;

- Interface locally and with HQ participating in activities associated with projects;

- Benchmarking & Reporting;

- Identifying and acting to remove obstacles;

O que precisas de garantir

- Degree - Preferably Informatics, Management or Economics;

- 3-4 years in technical or management area in a Service environment;

- Management and administrative skills;

- IT tools usage experience;

- Process improvement and innovation mindset;

- Analytical skills.
