As a Technical Support Representative, you will help customers in any situation and resolve their concerns, resolve or escalate to higher levels of support. Support will be provided via inbound calls, chat, and E-Mail, talking in German all the time..

Your tasks:
- Customer contact by phone, chat, and e-mail;
- Handling requests from customers in the education sector (universities, schools, students, professors, teachers,...)
- As a backup, in exceptional cases also handling requests from corporate customers (B2B);
- Helping with questions about programs like Acrobat Reader, Captivate, Creative Cloud, Dreamweaver, Framemaker, InDesign, Photoshop, Presenter, and more.
- Technical troubleshooting;
- Customer Account Management.

Required skills:
- Native level German or Dutch/Flemish
- Working proficiency in English (B2 level)
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving
