What will be your mission? - Managing customers on the move; - Telephone answering and forwarding the appropriate means to the type of claim / damage reported by the customer; - Identifying problems that make it impossible for the customer to continue their journey. What will make you successful in this position? - Experience in contact center in a similar role; - Portuguese (native language) - Fluency in English (mandatory); - Good communication skills. What do we have to offer? - Contract with Adecco HR; - Basic salary: 950 EUR + Food allowance: 8,32 EUR - Schedule: 07H00-16H00 & 13H00-22H00 (rotating monthly); - Location: Picoas (Lisbon).
