Your tasks:
- Assist Customers through the various channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
- Support customers with booking management, cancellations and billig issues
- Attracting potential customers by answering questions about rent a car reservations and their different modalities, suggesting and adding information about these services to meet the customers needs.
- Gather information from new customers and insert i tinto the platform.
- EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal
- You speak German in proficiency (C2)
- You speak English (B2)
- You would like to work from home in North Portugal
- You like interacting with people
- Full time employment
- Working shedule: Monday to Friday – 7 am to 8 pm, Saturday – 8 am to 4 pm, Sunday 8 am to 5 pm, 2 rotational days off (5days/week, 8 hours/day)
- Work from home in districts: Braga
- Permanent contract with 3 months of trial period
- Online hiring proces
- Competetive salary and bonus system: 895€ gross x 14 months up to 120€ performance bonus/month + Transport allowance 20€ per month +Meal allowance 7.23 € NET per day
- Free Health Insurance after 6 months
- Flight ticket reimbursement after 6 months
- Possibility of accommodation in a company - owned apartment
