We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to boost the customer experience for one of the most relevant companies in the energy sector.
O que terás de fazer
- Identify and implement appropriate technologies to meet operational and customer needs, with a focus on improving customer experience and operational efficiency;
- Design, implement, and test new processes or technology solutions that address identified needs, ensuring these solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and have a tangible impact on improving customer service;
- Technical knowledge, that includes proficiency in working with APIs integration (REST, SOAP), writing SQL queries, and understanding database structures;
- Continuously monitor and analyze various facets of the call center, as well as relevant departments and operations, along with customer feedback, to identify and pinpoint areas for improvement;
- Utilize advanced automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate within the Microsoft ecosystem to streamline tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
O que precisas de garantir
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field;
- At least 4-6 years of hands-on experience in technical roles related to customer service innovation, such as API design, integration, and implementation of complex technical solutions;
- Experience in Microsoft Power Apps for creating custom business applications and automation.
- Consultancy background, complemented by deep business knowledge;
- Demonstrated understanding of SQL queries, and database management, enabling to navigate complex technical environments and optimize customer service technologies;
- Experience in employing AI models i.e OpenAI models, for improving customer interactions, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency;
- Demonstrates a strong capacity for creative problem-solving and innovation, with the ability to apply technical solutions to complex challenges.
