Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring, through it's Shared Service Center Recruitment team, English speakers for a role of Instructional Designer for it's international telecommunications client.Funções
- Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define learning objectives;- Crafting storyboards to outline the flow of the e-learning content;
- Designing and developing multimedia-rich e-learning courses using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline;
- Developing interactive modules, quizzes, and assessments that reinforce learning;
- Collaborating with team members during the course development process to design engaging learning experiences including ILT, eLearnings;
- Managing projects, timelines, and ensuring the alignment of the content with stakeholder expectations;
- Conducting quality assurance tests to identify and rectify any issues in the content;
- Continuously updating and improving e-learning courses based on feedback and performance data.
Requisitos
- Ability to manage several projects and stakeholder requirements simultaneous;- Attention to detail while working on fast paced projects;
- Ability to translate technical concepts and information into clear learning objectives;
- Experience planning, executing, and monitoring broader initiatives;
- Experience implementing user experience (UX) design principles to enhance learner engagement.
Background & Experience
- Working knowledge of English and Italian or French.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working as an instructional designer or creating adult learning training material.
- 3 + Experience working in the telecom industry preferably.
- Advanced user of Articulate 360 suite;
- Working experience of Adobe Suite.
