Our client in Portugal is looking for a Danish Services Agent who will help the Danish market via phone, email and chat.Requirements:
v Native level or Fluent Level of Danish
v Fluent level of English
v Previous experience as Representative Agent, Call Center
v Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
v Identify and assess needs to achieve satisfaction.
v Handle and solve client's problems via phone, chatting and emails.
v Provide accurate and valid information by using the right tools.
v Communicate clearly and gently with all consumers
v Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
