Are you a Danish speaker looking for a new challenge in sunny Lisbon?
We are currently recruiting customer service agents for our I-Gaming client for the office in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.

Funções

Communication:

promises. Read and listen to the customer’s problem carefully, then answer their question.

Requisitos

- Fluent in Danish and English;
- Previous experience in call center environment, wanting to learn!
- Good comunication skills.

Oferta

- Direct contract with the client - 6 months fixed term contract (30 days of probation period);
- Annual gross salary 24.200€ + 6,83€/day meal allowance + annual bonus;
- hybrid working method (3 days at home);
- Rotating schedule (from 10am to 7pm, rotative MON-SUN).
