We are currently hiring a Human Resources Business Partner for a multinational company.
O que terás de fazer
- Strategic Partner for the business: supports locally the definition & implementation of the people agenda based on the strategy of the respective division/country together with the GM, the
division Head and Head HR Trading & Sales;
- Leads/steers all HR processes and be responsible for strategic personnel management;
- Be a coach for Leader, teams and organizations: supports Line Manager in achieving their development goals and developing their leadership skills; supports teams in improving their performance or
defining and implementing a new culture/new way of working; supports the development of an organization/the development of a new Culture;
- Acts as HR specialist for selected operational topics
- Supports/Coaches local HR generalists if applicable
O que precisas de garantir
- University degree, e.g. MBA, Law, Psychology;
- Microsoft office, basic SAP knowledge;
- English professional level;
- Availability to work between Vila Real and Porto.
