We are currently looking for someone who is great at communicating and understanding clients’ needs to be part of a e-Commerce customer service for an American multinational apparel and footwear company.
In this role you’ll be the first person to be in touch with german customers and, as such, be a part of the brand engagement process and give a positive image of the brands you’ll be representing.

competências
Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written;Preferably previous working experience in a call center;
High school diploma or a higher education degree;
You are passionate about fashion;
Fiber optic internet connection (mandatory), since you'll be working from home.
