We are recruiting for a leading maritime and logistics company.

O que terás de fazer

- Give guidelines and support Booking teams in GBS on all topics (process, dispute, customer profiles, etc.) if applicable;

- Coordinate internally and/or respond to customer queries related to shipment;

- Monitor shipment according to customer status and track and trace upon delivery;

- Participate to the promotion of relevant products or services when talking to customers;

- Contact customers and manage/ coordinate system modifications when needed;

- Booking amendments requested by customers, HO or internal departments.

- COD managements;

- Carrier haulage coordination;

- Disputes management;

- Manual creation of release orders when needed.

O que precisas de garantir

- Customer knowledge;

- Knowledge of the legal and/ or regulatory frame;

- Knowledge of commercial policy and offers;

- Customer service/ user support;

- Hygiene, safety and environment rules;

- Booking;

- Commercial relation;

- Customer invoicing;

- English;

- Software / IT Applications.
