We are recruiting a Support Engineer for a technological multinational.

- Technical & Product support;
- Product Quality;
- Product Testing;
- Development and implementation of new Service programs and projects;
- Regular Training & Workshops with Service Centers & Contact Center;
- Analyse and verify mandatory tools to service centers;
- KPI Analysis and create action plans.

- Management and administrative skills;
- Good written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
- IT tools usage experience;
- Good relationship;
- Training capabilities;
