Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. Launch and drive projects towards Go-Live with objectives on-time, on-scope, on-cost, and on- quality to customer satisfaction and user acceptanceYou will implement a sustainable and agile project team all along the project phases ·
You will ensure effective integrations of lessons learnt, active risk and opportunity management, effective contract management of partners and suppliers. ·
Represent your project across the organization and managing appropriate service-related communication towards the customers
competências
Bachelor degree in Information Systems Technology or Engineering. Master degree preferred.Quickly adapt in an evolving environment through multifunctional and international teams.
5 years Experience within Strategic and/or Program Procurement, interfacing with IT

Waterfall and Agile knowledge (70% Waterfall and 30% Agile)
PM Tools, PMP Certification, Value Stream Management - Stakeholder management at all levels in the organization
English at negotiation level additional languages (i.e. French, German, Spanish) are a plus
