We are looking for an IT Project Manager for an internationally active and reliable partner in the development and manufacture of coffeemachines and other high-quality electrical appliances.

O que terás de fazer

- Deliver IT Projects including strategy & delivery approach;

- Ensure IT Project budgets and forecasts are in line with organization objectives;

- Support the IT PMO resource life cycle including resource management, onboarding, resource hiring, assignment & leveling;

- Ensure IT Project budgets data quality including reporting and PMO KPI;

- Maintain required Supplier project delivery Governance in place;

- Promote knowledge transfer and lessons learned activities within the PMO and IT Project teams to drive best practices;

- Enforce best practices, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned within the IT community.

O que precisas de garantir

- You have experience in managing IT projects;

- You possess an excellent technical level with regard to Project Management tools & methodology (ideally with PMP/PMI and Lean);

- You have strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to an international dynamic working environment;

- Business-fluent English (written and spoken is mandatory);

- Experienced in resource planning against prioritized project portfolios and ability to work with

stakeholders;

- You have strong interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills;

- You have the availability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;

- You are motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and direction;

- You are committed to quality and details, both written and numerical;

- You have experience working in cross-functional relationships with individuals not under their control.
