We are recruiting a SAP Project Leader for an industrial multinational company based in Vila Nova de Famalicão.
O que terás de fazer
- Work directly with SAP project manager from Leica headquarters in order to manage and accomplish milestones and defined goals;
- Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities in the SAP conversion from ECC 6.0 to SAP4HANA in the company;
- Align project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies;
- Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting;
- Mitigate risks as defined in the project plan;
- Manage all change requests, validate budget/schedule impacts, obtain stakeholder commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.
O que precisas de garantir
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Management or Engineering;
- PMO certification will be an advantage;
- Proven experience in at least 2 projects, as project leader, implementing SAP conversion from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP4HANA (end-to-end) on an industrial environment (as consultant or internal);
- Strong knowledge and experience in a managerial role, leading teams to deliver SAP project implementations;
- Advanced level of English written and spoken is mandatory. German will be an advantage;
- Strong capacity for planning and organization;
- Good leadership and team management skills;
- Good analytical skills;
- Ability to solve problems and communicate at all levels.
