Descrição:Vertente Humana, a recruitment and selection company, temporary employment, training and outsourcing provider, currently experiencing strong growth in its sector and operating in the field of comprehensive human resources management, is recruiting Greek Customer Support agents for a prestigious client company.
Your role:
- Make and receive phone calls to confirm and schedule the collection of logistics equipment rented to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
- Provide information and clarify customer queries.
Your Schedule:
07:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday
On-site position
Requisitos:
What you need to succeed:
- Fluent in Dutch;
- Clear diction and strong verbal communication skills;
- Accuracy and perseverance;
- Customer-oriented mindset;
- Basic computer skills (user level).
