Vertente Humana, a leading Human Resources company specializing in recruitment, training, outsourcing, and temporary employment, is looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a prestigious international project.
As part of our dynamic customer support team, you will:
- Contact businesses to confirm and schedule the collection of rented logistics equipment;
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and friendliness;
- Support customers by answering questions and providing clear information;
- Deliver an excellent customer experience every day.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
07:00 – 16:00
On-site position
Requisitos:
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English and native/fluent Danish skills;
- Strong communication and listening abilities;
- Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset;
- Attention to detail and persistence;
- Basic computer knowledge and confidence using digital tools.
