interact with customers through inbound calls or over the internet in order to sell basic products and services;responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling products/services to customers, as well as providing basic customer support;
finding the best solution for each customer, because at the end of the day, the most important thing will be that each customer has his or her problem solved.
competências
fluent in German (eliminatory factor)ability to manage multiple computer platforms at the same time;
