Handling incoming calls in Italian from the hotline;Addressing inquiries from Italian market buyers and responding to them through various communication channels;
Regularly liaising with multiple internal departments, as well as collaborating with fellow colleagues.
competências
At least a High School Diploma (mandatory);Experience in a call center (required);
Native/C2 Italian speaker;
Advanced English skills (C1);
Resilience and commitment to the project;
Knowledge/interest in cars (an advantage);
