We are currently looking for a French-speaking Customer Advisor specialized in retention to join a team focused on customer loyalty and engagement. Tasks : - Handle inbound calls related to retention requests; - Ensure personalized follow-up to maintain strong customer relationships; - Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions; - Present available services and offers; - Manage sensitive situations with professionalism; - Contribute to quality, satisfaction, and retention objectives. Requirements : - Fluent or native-level French (C1/C2 mandatory); - English is a plus (tools and training in English); - Experience in customer service, retention, sales or contact center is an advantage; - Strong communication and active listening skills; - Customer-oriented mindset and empathy; - Ability to handle challenging or sensitive situations. What We Offer : - Permanent contract; - Salary: €920 gross x14 months; - Language bonus: French: €100 x13/English: €150 x13 - Performance bonus: up to €360/month (paid up to 11 months/year); - Flex bonus: €60/month; - Attendance bonus: €110/month; - Meal allowance: €10.20/day worked; - Health insurance from day one; - Paid training (in English); - Full equipment provided; - 100% remote work in Portugal (except islands) or hybrid setup depending on profile; - Schedule: Monday to Sunday between 07:00 AM – 09:00 PM (2 rotating days off); - Possibility to work up to 3 months from another EU country (after 6 months).| Distrito | Lisboa | ||||||||
