We are recruiting for the IT Management of an internationally renowned entity in the Education sector.
O que terás de fazer
- Lead the technical aspects of configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet the specific needs of Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, and the Academic Information System;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather functional and technical requirements and implement CRM and academic system solutions;
- Support the procurement process of the implementation phases;
- Provide technical guidance, and train key users and team members;
- Analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement;
- Manage and maintain CRM and academic data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM, academic information systems, and the selected CRM Solution.
O que precisas de garantir
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred;
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a CRM Specialist, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365;
- Knowledge of Sales, Customer Care, and Academic Information System processes and best practices;
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, including workflows, dashboards, and reports;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders both in English and Portuguese (Portugal);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.
