We’re Hiring | Commercial Support & Contract SpecialistWe are looking for a Commercial Support & Contract Specialist to join an international team, supporting sales operations and ensuring that commercial deals and contracts are properly structured, approved, and finalized.
Your Day-to-Day
Support sales teams in the management and preparation of commercial deals
Create and manage commercial proposals in internal systems
Ensure smooth approval workflows until contract finalization
Prepare, review, and validate contractual documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Sales, etc.)
Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies
Identify risks or inconsistencies and propose solutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
In short: you will act as the link between sales and contracting, ensuring that every deal is correctly structured before closing.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales support, operations, or contract management roles
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High attention to detail and analytical mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented profile
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Languages (Mandatory)
Fluency in English + German OR French OR Turkish
