Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.

responsabilidades chave
- your role:
- support creation of Airbus Aerostructures by ensuring that previous Buy flows are managed as internal flows;
- manage internal transfer pricing in SAP Contracts for the transition period;
- insure Internal Purchase Orders are established for the transition period;
- secure high degree of automation of the task;
- ensure communication with the relevant Finance departments regarding pricing levels, purchase orders & invoicing;
- support Post Merger Integration project to ensure seamless transition to a full internal process.
competências
- If you have:
- SAP R/3 experience;
- supply Officer, Logistics planner experience;
- experience in task automation (Robotic Process Automation) and continuous improvement mindset
- communication skills & capacity to work across functions;
- organized, independent and high sense of task prioritization;
- adaptable in working in a remote multicultural environment;
- English mandatory, German a plus:
