We are recruiting an Indirect Purchase Administrative Officer for a growing multinational company located in Miraflores.
Reporting directly to the Indirect Purchase Administrative Manager, you will perform several accounting tasks to the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.
O que terás de fazer
Manage and ensure the administrative tasks of Indirect Purchases within its scope:
-Cost estimates, invoices, monitoring of account statement;
-Participate in dispute management with process documentation and contact suppliers when needed;
-Process order requests and purchase orders in internal systems, with validation of respective costs center associated;
-Control delivery deadlines for purchase orders whenever action is justified;
-Ensure a good daily operational relationship with internal customers and suppliers;
-Key User support for internal platforms.
O que precisas de garantir
-High school diploma with experience on sales/finance or accounting administrative functions (preferable);
-Minimum 1 year of experience in similar functions (preferable)
-Microsoft Office Suite (Focus on Excel - Intermediate/Hands-on experience level);
-Good knowledge on Excel;
-Working languages: French & Portuguese (Minimum C1) and English is a plus;
-Attention to detail and accuracy;
-Teamwork, good communication skills;
-Strong analytical capabilities and respect deadlines.
