Funções
Your opportunity:- Process purchase orders and follow up on the execution;
- Monitor deliveries and any past due shipments;
- Manage the day to day contact with internal and external interfaces;
- Follow up on issues and complaints;
- Give support in operational tasks and back office;
- Establish collaborative and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers;
- Ensuring compliance with all processes and procedures for purchasing goods and services;
- Give inputs and feedback regarding supplier performance.
Update Master Data in SAP system
Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems
Requisitos
Your profile:- Fluency in German and English is mandatory;
- Recognized qualification at university degree level is a plus;
- Two or three years of experience in a similar position within Purchasing is a plus;
- SAP knowledge is a plus;
- Team work ability;
- Computer proficiency;
- Extreme organization and efficiency in workload planning;
Oferta
- Direct contract with the client;- Base salary + meal allowance;
- 4 times per month at the office (Lavradio, Barreiro);
- MON-FRI 9h-18h.
