Randstad is recruiting a Team Leader Fullstack Developer, for direct integration, in a company located in Coimbra.Hybrid work model (3 days at the office, 2 days remote / week).
The candidate should have the ability to lead and manage a team of software engineers and technical skills to develop complex software solutions. Good knowledge of front-end and back-end development of web applications.

competências
More than 5 years of experience in software engineering and development (mandatory requirement).More than 1 year of experience in managing a team of software engineers.
English B2 intermediate level is a mandatory requirement.
Good knowledge of programming languages .NET Core and Angular.
Good understanding of web development frameworks.
Experience with SQL databases.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Work according to agile methodologies.
