Randstad Professionals is hiring a QA Automation Team Leader, for direct integration, in a company located in Maia, Porto.Hybrid work model (3 days at the office; 2 days remote / week).
This professional will have autonomy in taking decisions, suggesting ideas and decide on technologies.
The website, the apps, and CRM allow direct contact with consumers. They are looking for a QA Automation Team Leader to assess the quality assurance processes for their digital presence (website and app content – functional and design testing). This professional will contact with technical and business areas for testing, delivery, reporting, and enablement.
responsabilidades chave
Team Leading and define hiring needs to implement proposed solution and in alignment with management build up a QA team (with around 3-5 people);Assess the present state of QA in the company: how marketing campaigns are tested, defects reported, tracked, and solved. Understand the process and identify automation opportunities and suggest more efficient, scalable, and automated solutions;
Own the implementation of the solution, the process definition, and the change management with the teams;
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify bugs and develop respective test cases;
Guide, coordinate, and coach the QA's;
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities;
Design, develop, and execute automation scripts;
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved;
Follow-up with external partners;
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products/campaigns;
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents;
Create detailed testing documentation.
competências
More than 6 years of experience in quality assurance (mandatory requirement);Experience leading a team (mandatory requirement);
Experience with Content Management Systems;
Experience in testing frontend tools (Cypress, Playwright, SerenityBDD) and visual testing tools (Applitools, Percy);
Knowledge of Java / Javascript;
Good knowledge of SQL and scripting;
ISTQB Certification is valued (not mandatory).
Intermediate-level of English communication (B2/C1 is a mandatory requirement, interviews will be in English);
Experience in a global / international organization;
Experience in test plans and test cases;
Experience with both white box and black box testing;
Good communication and project management skills.
