We are recruiting Test & Commissioning Engineer for a multinational renewable energy company in Portugal.

Preparation Phase:

Prepare the list of verifications, tests and commissioning actions, ensuring compliance with technical standards and codes and employer requirements;

Perform the commissioning protocols for the commissioning stakeholders;

Review the stakeholders commissioning procedures compliance with the commissioning protocols;

Plan and prepare the commissioning activities and resources with all stakeholders;

Elaborate the specific commissioning schedule;

Compile the commissioning procedures and include them on the commissioning plan;

Execution Phase (On Site):

Prepare, execute, and update the project commissioning plan;

Manage and supervise the commissioning activities;

Collect, review, and submit the commissioning stakeholders’ reports;

Ensure test results are correctly and completely documented in test reports.

Verify that commissioning activities comply with project HSE plan.

O que precisas de garantir

Degree or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field;

Experience in MV and HV substations test and commissioning (preferred);

Knowledge in the commissioning process of photovoltaic systems and/ or electrical systems LV or MV;

Thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to easily grasp new ideas to face any issue or constraint impacting the progress of the commissioning activity;

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project,Outlook);

English as working language;

Available for national and international travels.

Strong communication skills;

Analytical and critical thinking;

Problem solving focus.
