ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - Porto

We are recruiting Electrical Engineer for a multinational renewable energy company in Portugal.

O que terás de fazer

Provide technical support in different stages of the project(development, commercial and construction phases);

Analysis of received technical information for a specific project and evaluation of its impact in the electrical design of the project;

Energy Yield Assessments using simulation software as Pvsyst;

Analysis/ comparison of meteorological data, estimated gross production, estimated net production for the time frame required;

Execution of electrical diagrams (Single Line Diagrams – SLD);

Bill of quantities preparation (on the Electrical side);

Execution of technical documents (Written Parts, Drawings, O&M Dossier);

Perform Technical Descriptions, Technical Calculation, Technical Specifications, Drawing for projects licensing, EPC, and execution;

Perform Executive Designs (on the Electrical side);

Provide technical support during construction;

Technical assessment and support on Site Surveys;

Provide inputs for the execution of Preliminary Layouts;

Study of alternative engineering solutions for project optimization;

Review and verification of external service provider's design and calculations, when subcontracted;

Market analysis (on electrical side);

O que precisas de garantir

Master’s degree or Degree in Electrical/ Electrotechnical Engineering - Specialization in Energy Systems (preferred);

Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical projects;

Experience in Photovoltaic projects will be valued;

MS Office, AutoCAD, PVsyst and other Electrical Engineering software domain;

English language domain (French will be a plus);

Availability for national and international travels.
