Support Specialist for Korean clients - Inbound/Chat/Email

Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact on clients' lives? We are seeking dedicated individuals to be part of a customer support project. If you are empathetic, a great communicator and speak Korean, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will play a key part in identifying clients needs, clarifying questions, handling complaints, resolving issues, and performing back-office tasks as necessary.

To be successful in this position, you must have an advanced level of Korean (at least C1) and a good knowledge of English (minimum B1). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a client-focused and empathetic attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.

The work model will progress through three phases: first, on-site training and the initial weeks of work until candidates are fully competent; then, a hybrid model where employees work from the office two days per week; and finally, the possibility of working permanently from home, depending on individual performance and readiness. All necessary equipment will be provided by the client.

If you live outside of Porto, then there is a full possibility of working from home.
