CRM Campaign Assistant (Junior) Location: Porto, Portugal Work Model: Hybrid About the Role We are looking for a Junior CRM Campaign Assistant to join an international Marketing and CRM team. The successful candidate will support the implementation and management of CRM campaigns, ensuring the proper setup, monitoring, and delivery of various communication materials. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation and execution of CRM campaigns; Perform data extractions and analyses to support Marketing teams; Receive and validate communication materials; Configure campaigns and communication channels within the CRM platform; Segment target audiences; Integrate content and make campaign kits available in the CRM tool; Ensure compliance with established deadlines and procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; Experience in CRM, preferably with Adobe Campaign; Fluent English (C1 level); Knowledge of French will be considered an advantage; High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail; Strong team spirit and ability to work in an international environment. Offered Conditions Fixed-Term Contract (Open-Ended Duration) under an Outsourcing model; Base salary according to demonstrated experience; Meal Allowance: €8.60 per day, paid via meal card; Hybrid work model: 8 office days per month.| Distrito | Porto | ||||||||
