Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact with Marketing Project Managers based in Paris;
Ensure coordination of operational activities with the Team Leader;
Supervise, support, and develop the skills of CRM Campaign Assistants;
Ensure the proper implementation and quality of CRM campaigns;
Monitor KPIs and track campaign performance;
Produce performance reports and analyze campaign results;
Ensure compliance with deadlines and defined quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM-related roles;
Experience with Adobe Campaign is considered an advantage;
Good command of English (minimum B2 level);
Knowledge of French is considered a plus;
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication abilities, and results-oriented mindset;
Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively with different stakeholders.
Offered Conditions
Fixed-Term Contract (Open-Ended Duration) under an Outsourcing model;
Base salary according to demonstrated experience;
Meal Allowance: €8.60 per day, paid on a meal card;
Hybrid work model: 8 office days per month.
