We are recruiting an Application Support Engineer Team Leader for a juvenile worldwide brand.
O que terás de fazer
- Ensure that service support processes are on track; - Ensure high levels of performance for service related processes; - Identify and analyze critical incidents; - Analyze internal processes
and/or business partners and create strategies to optimize service delivery; - Provide accurate and regular reporting to management on service delivery performance; - Lead theteam.
O que precisas de garantir
- Bacheloror Master’s degree in computer science or Information Technology; - 7+ Years experience in similar roles; - Fluent inEnglish (written and spoken); - Experience with ERP, WMS, EDI
and/or Windows servers; - Ability to manage people.
