Do you consider yourself a person that likes translation? Do you speak different languages? We're looking for a Translation Agent, to support our prestigious client. What are gonna be your main responsabilities: Should be willing to work from office or from home, immediately post onboarding Review text submitted in English and complete the language translation to meet the quality parameters share by the client. Thoroughly check content with quality and accuracy Escalating questions/issues regarding the process to the quality analyst or team lead. Your primary interaction is within your own team: Quality and your direct supervisor The decisions that you make impact not only on your own work but also has a direct impact on the client customer and are closely supervised You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and week-offs if applicable. Understand and act in compliance with Accenture and its client policies and procedures on Data Protection What are we looking for? Good Written and verbal communication (B2 and above) Adaptable and flexible Ability to learn quickly through self-study, classroom, and hands-on experience. Good Process-orientation Commitment to quality Able to navigate and use client or Accenture shared applications (web based or freeware) and the ability to use basic applications. Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments, The process of working through the details of a problem to find a solution.
