Team Leader – Credit Control German Speaker • Lisboa Office • 3–5 Years Experience • Lead Our Credit Control Champions! Are you a natural leader who enjoys guiding teams, solving problems, and keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine? Do you speak German and know the world of credit control inside and out? We’re looking for a Team Leader – Credit Control to help shape our credit operations, support our fantastic team, and keep our cash flow shining bright. What We’re Counting on You For As our Team Leader, you’ll be the motivator, the coordinator, and the go-to expert for the Credit Control team. You’ll ensure performance stays top-notch and processes run smoothly, and you’ll be the one people rely on when things get tricky. You will: Lead, mentor, and support a team of credit controllers Oversee daily credit control operations and workload distribution Monitor KPIs, collections performance, and process adherence Handle escalations and complex customer cases Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to align priorities Keep team spirits high and communication clear The Profile We’re Excited to Meet You speak German fluently You have 3–5 years of experience in credit control, finance, or similar areas You’ve got leadership potential (or experience!) and love guiding others You’re organized, analytical, and great at prioritizing You communicate well You enjoy problem-solving and improving processes You can balance people, performance, and deadlines like a pro What We Bring to the Table Base salary: 2900€-3000€ Meal allowance: 9 € / working day Health insurance Life insurance 100 € per month in flexible benefits A multicultural, dynamic, collaborative environment| Distrito | Lisboa | ||||||||
