Senior Credit Controller Fluent in French • Lisboa Office • Join Our Finance Heroes! Location: Lisboa Language Requirement: Fluent French Experience Level: 3+ years About the Role We’re on the lookout for a Senior Credit Controller to join our Finance team and keep our fast-growing tech world running smoothly. If you love numbers, enjoy solving puzzles, and can keep calm even when accounts get chaotic, you’ll fit right in. In this role, you’ll use your analytical brain, communication skills, and credit control expertise to keep our cash flow healthy, our customers on track, and our internal processes evolving as we scale. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments Lead complex collection cases and negotiate effective resolutions Review and analyze aging reports to identify risks and trends Handle escalations and liaise with internal stakeholders Ensure accurate, timely payment allocations Support and mentor junior team members Maintain accurate account information and documentation within the ERP system What We’re Looking For Fluent French speaker 3+ years of experience in credit control or a similar financial role Strong negotiation and customer communication skills Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues proactively Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach Team player with natural leadership capabilities Compensation & Benefits Base salary: 1.800 € – 1.950 € Meal allowance: 9 € per working day Health insurance Life insurance 100 € per month in flexible benefits Multicultural, dynamic, and supportive working environment| Distrito | Lisboa | ||||||||
