Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. helicopter final assembly lines across Asia, Europe and the Americas, and has achieved a more than sixfold order book increase since 2000.
Position Summary:
Supply Chain and Quality Manager to act as enabler of collaboration between multiple T1 suppliers (integrators) and sub tier suppliers (eg. ADE).
The job holder will manage recovery governance between integrators and subtier suppliers in order to maintain alignment with Airbus Industrial system during the recovery
Essential Functions:
? Collaborate Recovery plan between multiple suppliers
? Lead Recovery Meetings between Tier 1 and SubTier suppliers (eg. ADE)
? Coordinate with Airbus Industrial system the prioritization of deliveries and ensure adherence to plan
? Communicate to internal stakeholders the latest status


Digital background
Past experience in Supply Chain and Quality or Procurement, including Process management aspect
Knowledge of EN9100 desirable
Communication and Change management skills
Ability to write emails in English and French, to communicate on the phone or via emails with suppliers and Airbus employees
Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to priorities in case of emergencies
Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement
A degree in Business or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fluency in English sufficient to fully engage in negotiations.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed
Shows a lot of rigor and concentration at work
