Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.

responsabilidades chave
Your role:you will be responsible to Support the Supply-Officer to published the LoB (line Of Balance) by collecting Inputs for the LoB activity:
LoB (Line of balance) extract on weekly basis based on inputs from Supply Officer (CMS / PLANTs);
Integration of plants inputs (DDD at critical station);
LoB update when new delivery plan is provided from suppliers;
Consolidation of all inputs above in order to publish global LoB;
LoB template must be used accordingly;
Initiate the 4 boxes for the new hotspot;
Inform the SO/SCQM to complete the 4 boxes’ comments;
Maintain up to date the LoB tracker follow up;
Display LoB in the appropriate communication tools.

If you have:Skills about Supply Chain and Quality or Procurement;
Ability to translate business problems into meaningful insights;
Agile project management skills;
Fluency in English sufficient to fully engage in negotiations and team meetings;

Fluency in English sufficient to fully engage in negotiations and team meetings;
Shows a lot of rigor and concentration at work.
