Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.

responsabilidades chave

  • Coordinate HR information to ensure 100% data integrity in ADP and Jira;
  • Complete and provide onboarding paperwork for entry into the HCM system in preparation of first day of employment;
  • Manage processes connected with the onboarding of new employees, transfers, expats and employee changes including but not limited to ADP data entry, I-9 administration, personnel file creation and other transactions as needed;
  • Perform termination administration duties, largely consisting of ensuring ADP and Workday data entry and communication to respective departments;
  • Following up on any E-Verify non-confirmation results to comply with government regulations;
  • Ensure the organizations/departments/teams are correct and updated in the HR systems and make appropriate modifications/updates in a timely manner;
  • Provide support to HRBPs and Employees on HR suite of tools;
  • Support employees and field questions and provide the appropriate guidance or direction to the employee;
  • Perform tasks pertaining to leave of absence administration by working closely with the Benefits team, the company’s external leave of absence vendor and other internal parties.

competências

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Management and other similar areas, or equivalent related work experience;
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an HRIS or HR support role are required;
  • Experience with ADP Vantage and/or ADP WorkforceNow and/or Workday HCM (preferred);
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira or other CM tools (preferred);
  • Licensure/Certifications: SHRM, HRIS (preferred);
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve sensitive problems
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment effectively;
  • A highly proactive, solution-oriented approach to work and interactions;
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills;
  • Excellent PC skills, specifically GSuite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.);
  • Fluent in English.
