O que terás de fazer

- Administer sales and finance;

- Maintain and support budgets;

- Manage EO, approve invoices, and purchase orders;

- Report sales (sell-out/sell-in);

- Monitor and adjust weekly sales and product planning;

- Manage evidence (files and collection);

- Create forms, accrue sell-outs, and provide administrative support;

- Update promotional calendar, simulate costs, and coordinate with retail marketing team regarding campaigns.

O que precisas de garantir

- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar role;

- Knowledge and expertise in MS Excel (advanced level);

- English and Portuguese fluency (written and spoken);

- Residence in Lisbon;

- Attributes such as self-organization, proactivity, and excellent communication skills, as well as a team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
