Your main responsibilities will be: • Provide specialised support to potential investors and real estate developers • Structure potential investment opportunities • Manage investment process through the platform • Promote platform and business model to qualified investors and raise capital for investment in the opportunities • Promote platform and business model to real estate developers and originate investment opportunities for the platform To be successful in this role you need: -University Degree in Management or Law (preferential) -Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish (preferential) -Entrepreneurial profile, willing to work at a dynamic proptech startup leader in its field (first real estate crowdfunding platform authorized by CMVM to operate in Portugal, addressing the small investor mass market segment). -Client oriented, with good soft and relational skills -Relevant experience in investment management and/or real estate development and/or appraisal Our offer: -Contract with our client -Labour term contract (12 months) full time hybrid (60% remote, 40% on office / clients' premises) -Fixed base salary above market levels, aligned with individual skills and experience -Variable salary depending on individual performance assessment and business goals| Distrito | Lisboa | ||||||||
