Kelly Search & Selection is currently recruiting a Purchasing Operator, with SAP experience, for a client located in Lisbon.
Our client is a global medical products and technologies' company focused on therapies for the management of chronic conditions, with leading market positions in advanced wound care, ostomy care, continence, and critical care, and infusion devices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage P2P process, specifically from PR creation through to Invoice approval and Payment
- Detailed knowledge of creation, amendment and maintenance of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Produce training material and delivering training to end users
- Work in route cause analysis and fault finding within a process and engage in process improvement steps based on findings.
- Work with technical teams, performing user acceptance testin
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Degree in Management (desirable but not mandatory)
- Recognized Finance qualification preferred
- SAP Experience (Mandatory)
- Good Knowledge in English
- Good communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
