Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. responsabilidades chave
As a Project Manager your responsibilities might include:Binding definition of measures, procedures and goals;
Ensuring the timely implementation of projects;
Rough planning of projects’ resources infrastructure with budget requirements as well as creation of time frames;
Identification and coordination of project interfaces;
Preparation of a higher-level project profile and coordination of service content with partners;
Structuring the overall project as well as sub-projects and developing project structure plans;
Preparation and presentation of detailed project expenditure plans and project descriptions/applications;
Planning and controlling order management for sub-projects;
Bringing together the fine budget planning of the sub-projects and presenting them to the steering committee;
Supporting the global coordination of process/procedural requirements with overall project interfaces;
Develop comprehensive procedure/process/industrialization concepts divided into individual projects;
Economic analysis of the overall projects;
Integration planning of the overall project into existing processes/procedures/ongoing production;
Ensuring economic, qualitative and time planning, management and control of individual project steps and initiating corrective measures in the event of deviations;
Carrying out systematic project reviews across all areas.
competências
University Degree in Business Administration or any related areas (preferable);At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager or any similar role, managing various projects (mandatory);
Experience in G-Suite (preferable);
Have some knowledge or previous experience with SAP ERP (preferable);
Resilience and assertiveness;
Team-Player and good communication skills (written and spoken);
Fluent in English (German is highly desirable);
Available to travel regularly (once a month/once every quarter).
