responsabilidades chave
Creating and maintaining product documentation using ERP and PLM systems, for standard and for Custom orders, including lifecycle management of all products;Engineering master data management: BOM, Routing, Make/Buy decision. Align with PLM and the ERP. Have every Part with an identical part number which comply with group R-tech requirement;
Establish the potential failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), drive the corrective and preventive action to correct the defect;
Establish the process control plan to control characteristics, spec, method, sampling plan, gage and data record;
Active participation in new product industrialization projects /pre- and zero series, create production jigs, time analysis, production process (routing) planning, creation, validation, standardization, establish the standard work instruction and inspection instruction;
For any of the new process, create the first instruction for production, and provide immediate training and certification and necessary re-cap training to operators;
Design, implement and improve the production required equipment, tooling, jig, fixture and gage.
competências
Master degree of Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience;At least 4 years of relevant experience Engineering experience in production environment;
Languages : English (B2) + local language;
Knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes;
Knowledge of production process improvement tools and methods;
Technical skills: Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
