Analysis of call volumesGenerate volume forecasts
Explain clearly and appropriately to different audience’s variances to plan
Attend and advise various stakeholders about impacts, i.e. operations, training, sales and marketing etc.
competências
Be fluent in written and oral English;German would be a plus;
Experience in contact center environment of at least 3 years is a must;
Experience in contact center planning or similar positions would be a plus;
Completed commercial education, Bachelors degree would be a plus;
Ability to analyze complex situations and to present findings to senior management team;
Analytical and networked thinking, pronounced strengths in dealing with numbers and data;
Ability to work independently and taking ownership;
Extraordinary motivation and ability to deliver reliably in a high-pressure environment;
principais benefícios
- base salary of 1800€/month;- performance bonus up to 360€/month;
- language bonus of 150€/month;
- meal allowance of 6€/per day worked;
- Flex work allowance of 40€/month;
- Schedule: Monday-Sunday 7am-9pm (rotative)
- training: 1 month at the office + hybrid model afterwards (2X/week)
