Provide personalized one-on-one coaching sessions to sales representatives aimed at enhancing their sales techniques, product understanding, and adherence to procedures;Deliver constructive feedback to assist representatives in overcoming obstacles and achieving sales objectives;
Customize coaching strategies to align with the individual needs and performance of each representative.
competências
Native or fluent in German (minimum level C1 proficiency);Proficient in English, with a minimum level of B2;
Excellent communication skills;
Previous experience in a sales department;
Previous experience in a leadership or coaching/training role.
principais benefícios
Full-time position based on-site at our central Lisbon office (Entrecampos), conveniently located near various public transportation options.Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, spanning from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
