Negotiate and develop win-win relationships with Corporate Hotels' customers, at a national level to drive profitability and increase company brands coverage and sales volume in the sub-channel, therefore contributing to overall On Trade strategy.Observe market trends and Corporate Hotels sub-channel performance in order to produce insights that can contribute to the sub-channel strategy;Define and propose the annual strategic plan for customers under management that will drive the defined on-trade strategic objectives (category management and weighted distribution) while ensuring compliance with promotional policy;Execute the monthly visits plan to current and potential customers and Accounts to boost the relationship and enhance the business opportunities and results;Define and executes regular meetings with key customers to identify opportunities, check activities and service level;Carry out the prospection of new clients, in accordance with the strategy defined for the area and its sales objectives;Manage the relationship with each customer ensuring an outstanding customer service is provided at all times and that potential issues at the point of sale are anticipated and resolved in a timely manner;Identify and propose to the Distributor & HCA Manager, the annual plan for contracting and/or renewing customers, considering the defined business objectives;Analyse the monthly execution report produced by the financial area and define, together with the client, action plans that allow the defined objectives to be met or surpassed;Contribute with insights and needs for the definition of the annual trade marketing plan for the sub-channel;Communicates regularly with other Accounts Managers, Sales Teams and Trade marketing to ensure alignment with regards to activities developed in Key customers.

Perfil desejado

Degree and / Or Master in Management, Economics, Marketing or similar (external);3 to 5 years professional experience;Experience in Account Management;Experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG industry, Off Trade or Hotels;Experience in Brand Activation initiatives (preferably);Stakeholder Management from different areas;Indirect leadership capabilities;Very good English level;Strong interpersonal skills, communication and influence;Good mediator and negotiator skills;Resilience;Desire to drive an innovation agenda;Planning and organization;Discipline, impact, influence, energy, ambition and proactivity.
