Descrição

-Administrative & HR support;-Manage the employees' lifecycle (maintain and update employees' files and data entry);-HR Administrative tasks;-Act as a direct contact for the accountant/external suppliers;-Invoice management and payment;-Check and order office supplies;-Organize team events.

Perfil desejado

-Bachelors degree in Accounting, Fiance or Human Resources;-Minimum 2-3 years of work experience;-Experience with MS Office software;-Fluent in English;-Strong communication skills, organized with a sense of anticipation;Problem solving oriented and critical thinking skills;-Ability to work both in a team and individually with minimal supervision.
